Abstract
결론
치과용 수복 재료의 방사선 불투과성은 수복물이 적당한가를 평가할 수 있고 2차 우식을
발견하며, 수복물의 변연, overhang, 기포 등을 판단하고 실수로 삼켜 버린 수복물을 발견할
수 있다는 점에서 중요하다. 따라서 치아 내에 수복되는 재료는 적정한 정도로 방사선 불투
과성이어야 한다.
시판되고 있는 치과용 콤포머의 방사선 불투과성을, 흑화도계를 이용한 방법과 방사선 사
진을 디지털화한 다음 그 화상을 분석한 방법 등 두 가지 방법으로 측정하여 수복용 글라스
아이오노머 및 치과용 롱포짓트레진과 비교한 결과 다음과 결론을 얻었다.
1. 흑화도계로 방사선 불투과성을 측정한 결과 FL과 DR, CG와 ZH만 서로 유의한 차이
를 보이지 않았고 다른 재료 및 치질은 각기 차이를 나타내었다(p<0.05).
2. 방사선 사진의 화상을 디지털화 하여 분석한 결과에서도 FL과 DR, CG와 ZH만 서로
유의한 차이를 보이지 않았고 다른 재료 및 치질은 각기 차이를 나타내었다(p<0.05).
3. 두 방법에 의한 결과에서 각 재료별로 두 방법간의 차이를 보이지 않았고(p>0.05)다만
치질의 경우 법랑질은 약간, 상아질은 끈 차이를 보였다(p<0.05).

The Objective of this study is to measure and compare the radiopacities of dental
compomers with those glass ionomer and dental composite resin and to compare
radiographic densitometry with indirect digital
Disks of two different dental compomers(DR and CG) as the experimental group, one
resin-reinforced and one composite resin(ZH) as the control group, 10mm in diameter
and 2mm thick were radiographed teeth and aluminum stepwedge standard. Radiopacity
was evaluated by transmission densitometry and with program following the digitization
of the radiographs using a flatbed scanner with transparency unit.
All material and tooth structure showed the significant difference except FL and DR,
CG and ZH(p<0.05) by the densitometric evaluation. And all material and tooth structure

indirect digital image analysis. Two evaluation methods didn't show the difference
among the materials, but showed the difference between enamel radiopacities and
between dentin radiopacities.
